Our story
2 Billy’s Cookies was founded in early 2022. After our daughter was furloughed, she started experimenting with different cookie recipes, and after that, we were hooked. Once she went back to work, we decided the cookies were too good not to share! We spent our time perfecting the recipe and creating new flavours to create our current range of delicious cookies. We use the best quality ingredients we can source, fine Belgian chocolate, British Lion Brand free- range eggs, British Butter, Organic Cacao Powder, Fresh Lemons and Fairtrade soft brown sugar to name a few.
Our name
We are a family-run business, a husband-and-wife duo. Bill and Billy are the nicknames we have called each other for over thirty years after watching a comedy sketch, and they have stuck ever since!

Our delicious handmade, home-baked cookies are the result of a lot of research, adjustments to recipes and our cookie-making techniques to perfect them along with our passion, of course! We have made numerous adjustments to the mix and quantities of ingredients in our cookie recipes and mix our cookie dough for the optimum amount of time to produce the perfect mixture to create our delicious cookies. As well as our commitment to top-quality ingredients and cookie-making processes, we are also proud to hold a five-star food hygiene rating demonstrating our dedication to exacting standards of hygiene and professionalism throughout the making of 2 Billy’s Cookies.
