Yes, you can, its best if they are individually wrapped in cling film and stored in the freezer

for no more than three months.

Yes, warm cookies are delicious. We suggest warming them for 10-15 seconds in an 800 w

microwave or 3 minutes in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees and allow to cool before

enjoying.

Every cookie box that leaves us is thoroughly checked and meets our high standards. Once it leaves our premises for delivery it is out of our hands. Sometimes damage occurs during transit or due to extreme weather conditions- in both cases we are not responsible for these issues. However, please contact us if this occurs and we will always try to resolve the issue as best we can.
